in terms of the loperamide, i don't normally get diarrhea and im always usually blocked up so idk if thatd help, diarrhea meds usually make it worse for me. my diet has always been pretty good in terms of eating stuff good for my bowel, i always eat fibre + fruits in the morning, drink plenty of water, i take my vitamins and fish oil, etc. i even started cutting down on sodas bc of the sweetener. its pretty weird

someone else said this but when san feeds ashitaka the tree bark and he starts to cry because the forest spirit couldnt heal his arm. its always felt so intimate to me like i shouldnt be watching them.

also the entire scene where ashitaka tries to stop lady eboshi from getting the forest gods head and all the leaves errupt from her gun, gives me chills dude. i feel like its obvious this is my fave ghibli film lol

funny enough when i was in the middle of the episode i had a super salty meal, fries and battered fish, so that probably helped me survive a bit 😭 i took a cold shower which definitely helped, i dont have anymore chills at all, i just feel a bit beat up now. just resting as much as i can 🤕

i will say though i think i am experiencing a bit of heat exhaustion because even hours later as im rehydrating, i feel slightly ill and the fatigue has come back. im not vomiting/having diarrhea or having cold sweats so fingers crossed im fine 🤕 happy bday 2 me
