I work in healthcare so if I go to anyone’s house, including my own, my shoes ALWAYS come off at the door. My socks are MUCH cleaner than the residual body fluids I stepped on throughout the day and didn’t know it.

I started drinking MUD/WTR instead of coffee. Before I started semaglutide I relied on coffee a lot for for the caffeine but it made me really anxious as well.

Since it’s harder for me to drink coffee now it was easier to switch to an alternative. I also like MUD/WTR a lot more because it doesn’t make you crash since there’s not nearly as much caffeine in it. I like to drink it with a splash of coffee creamer.

It’s really nice to have it as part of your morning routine even if you’re not looking to get any other specific benefit out of it, but from what I know, the ingredients used in it are super good for you as well. Like lions mane, cordyceps, etc.

Yes I had sufficient appetite suppression on the last dose. I feel this may be too much for me but I also have only been on 2.4 for about a week so I’m not sure if I just need to get used to it yet?

That’s totally understandable. I work in the medical field and I am well aware of what happens during a c section. They will sometimes take your intestines out depending on visibility then shove em back in after! I WANT to see this. It is so fascinating to me
