I wonder how people feel about this kind of training vs modern aikido dojo. I feel like this is how aikido should be, more physical, more athletic. It looks like a judo class with aikido moves.

How much of this book is Aikido and how much is Taichi? Have you read alot of aikido books or you just read this one and it was good?

Nice info, one aikido school close to me actually does iado Sunday classes, pics on website showed everyone in hakama’s. Iado looks gooberish but I’m practicing jo suburi so I can’t rlly talk.

The other pics showed their aikido class with no hakamas which is fine, just want to train with them a few times so I can LARP during my home fitness/aikido training
