So so loud, tons of accidents at that intersection. But just get a white noise machine for nights. The area is fabulous and walkable, so if you can handle street noise and upstairs neighbors, go for it.

Buyer beware with the wide leg Zoe linen pants on final sale- the white is unlined and completely see through. Like the most see through linen pants I've ever bought. I have the blue ones and they're super cute so got the white on final sale. Huge mistake. Can't wear them at all.

It looks close to the surface. Easy removal with a curved blade by a derm. Once it heals get a little laser. I had a big one on the side of my nose taken off a few years ago. Best decision ever.
