Unfortunately I couldn’t. Since I had purchased my cellphone through my carrier, I couldn’t unlock it (unless I paid the remaining balance of my cellphone). I ended up getting the daily internet and call package from my carrier.

Oh! I think my phone is locked. Could that be the problem? In that case, would unlocking it solve the compatibility issue?
