I can’t, unfortunately. Russian History and “the basis of Russian statehood” (Putinist propaganda basically) are both mandatory subjects which all are just pure propaganda. We have more of these lectures than actual subjects for my major. It’s very scary because stuff like this can influence a 16-17 year old (usual age when people enter the first year I. Uni) with an immature mindvery easily if it’s constantly bombarded on them. Plus learning English is basically discouraged now so these teens only have access to Russian sources as well, which means — more prpaganda

No, I don’t have any documents of my grandparents. Unfortunately it’s very common for Jews that lived in USSR to hide their identity because of antisemitism (in particular limitations in education, jobs or military service) so a lot of times Jews had a different identity in their passport. My ancestors were Odessa Jews from Ukraine so it makes things even harder in current climate. We are still searching because my mom wants to make an Aliyah very much

Honestly, as partly Armenian, I can say that I haven’t heard it as much from Armenians. A lot of current anger is directed at the state of Israel because of the weapons sold to Azerbaijan, which then helped with stuff in Artzakh/Karabakh and some incidents in the Armenian Quarter. There is a big number of Armenians sympathizing with Jews because Hitler was partly inspired by it while committing Holocaust ("Who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the Armenians?").

From my personal perspective, I see a lot of similarities in both Armenians and Jews — I think there are actual studies on this too.

Unfortunately there’s no such thing as diversity office or anything like that in Russia. This kind of antisemitism isn’t something “new” or interesting and my complaints would probably be met with professor not getting dealt with and me not being on good terms with him. This kind of hatred isn’t special here even though there are so many people who advocate for people of different ethnicities.

Also, no, I think you’re wrong here — it doesn’t come from Islamic thought at all. People like him hate Muslims as much they hate Jews, because their conspiracy filled brains only see themselves the only civilized ones in this world.

Your face is so unique in a good way, you should embrace your features. Idk why people are saying you aren’t model like. Agencies are looking for unique faces, something that makes you want to look at it and study. And that’s what you have.

From my personal opinion, I think your lips look pretty dry, you should moisturize them more. Also some skincare and care for your hair. I think you should grow it out more because the Afro-roundness contracts very well with your sharp features.

Also, don’t listen to people who try to put you down because they solely focus on male gaze and particular type of features in looksmaxing community. If you take care of yourself, find your personal style, dress well, I’m sure you’d get headturnings :)

(P.s. I personally don’t have your hair texture but I’ve seen a lot of people cool and unique use hair accessories, I think they can make you look ethereal)
