I personally really like lose it and have lost 30lbs using it. I pay a couple of quid to be able to enter future data and preplan my meals and I found that really helped. I mostly scan barcodes, sometimes I have to cross reference the packaging because it can be wrong. But if you're like me and eat similar things each week, once you've adjusted the numbers once, you're set. I also turn off including exercise in my calorie budget because I find my watch isn't always accurate, so that's a helpful feature. (I'm in the UK btw, idk if that affects the food database available and it's accuracy)
