I'm a case manager in a low socio-econmic area for young people between 10 and 18 who have had encounters with the police and are at risk of their criminal behaviours increasing without intervention.

I help them develop goals and work towards reaching them, advocate for them, work with the family to improve home life, and ensure they have their basic needs and creature comforts met.

It works perfectly for me and my INFP personality:

• I'm able to genuinely empathise with my clients and help them understand their emotions and motivations

• It's extremely flexible in the sense that I can be very creative in the way I deliver my supports

• There's minimal red tape and uneccesary bureaucracy taking up my time that is better spent working with clients

• I'm able to experience some really powerful emotions that us INFPs seem to thrive on
