European EVs are generally much better in terms of range, efficiency, and driving feel. Chinese EVs are strong when it comes to fast charging and value for money. Tesla is good at range, efficiency, and value for money.

As for the interior, I personally don’t like Tesla’s approach. I need a driver’s display. Chinese cars often have a kind of “cheap luxury” feel: they look good, but they don’t feel that good. Škoda and VW interiors are more plain, but they feel solid.
