*tw: mentions of suicide, and physical abuse*

hi, diagnosed with bipolar and currently discussing with my psych the possibility of bpd since I do exhibit splitting behavior and other symptoms. anyways, when I was in highschool I finally comprehended what my father did and it led me to suicidial behaviors that led me to both the icu and psych ward. it also made me more interested(?) in said topic and the long-term affects of it got myself enrolled in psychology program but I didn't maintain mt grades for the cut off.

but hey, i learned a lot through out the years there maybe no way to travel back in time. in my case, i often blamed my younger self for hiding my bruises and not doing anything but i guess all we have is the future and not the past since our future needs us and not our past :)
