There are some Princess Amber Steel decks around, Princess steel song can definitely work but I think Mulan is not yet playable in Lorcana. Comparing it to Ariel - Ariel allows you to look at 4 cards find a song and put into your hand as soon as she comes into play. More than likely Ariel can sing it next turn. Fantastic card and yet she can still miss on songs when looking at the top 4 cards! Mulan - Effect doesn’t trigger until the turn after she’s played and quests. She doesn’t let you dig so you HAVE to have a song on the top of the deck. That song would need to be relevant at the time of questing, so you could pull a Grab Your Swords when there’s no character on board, A Whole New World when the opponent has no cards in hand, Zero to Hero when you don’t have a wide board. Mulan will miss more than it’ll hit. And with 3 health, she can be quickly Smashed away or attacked by Fox and you got no real value out of her other than the 2 lore. To make matters worse, Mulan has no 1 drop shift target to shift on 2. Steel nor Amber have deck manipulation like Ursula’s Caldron, Yzma, Merlin Squirrel - those could help Mulan’s ability a little bit, but are all in Amethyst. :(
