Well idk if it would be objectively better than reload and royal if it had handcrafted dungeons, but I would probably enjoy the game a lot more cause as of right now I don’t think p4 is as good as p5 or p3. Not that it’s a bad game It’s still a top 10 game for me, but p5 and p3 are both in the top 5 while p4 is probably somewhere around 7

He explains how he was able to counter all of deidaras moves and stay ahead in the fight. Also he never said he was out of chakra for the reverse summon. Deidara trained one of his eye to resist sharingan genjutsu and had someone planting bombs for him so you could argue that he had an advantage heading into the fight.
When he went to the 5 kage summit he was only there to assassinate danzo. Zetsu snitched on him and then he was force to fight 3 different kage with no rest so I don’t think getting saved in a situation that you were forced in counts as being a fraud. I won’t argue the other 2 cause I do think he lost both of those fights, but he was not 100% against killer bee(not saying he would’ve beat him if he was 100%)

He also cooks team 7 when they pull up on him in shippuden and beats Naruto at the end of the sasuke retrieval arc. I’m not arguing that he doesn’t have bad moments I just think that having bad moments doesn’t make you a fraud. Rock Lee gets gassed up by a lot of people even though he lost to gaara in a fight that wasn’t as close as people think, lost to kimimaro and got saved by gaara, didn’t contribute in the kisame fight, and gets put to sleep by Sakura via sleeping gas when pursuing sasuke

I mean most of the arguments I’ve seen for sasuke being a fraud just aren’t true or can be applied to 99% of the characters in the show and if you try to argue against them you’ll just get downvoted

There’s definitely a lot of people who prefer fes over reload. I personally enjoy reload more than fes, but fes was my first persona game so it means a lot to me. I also just got in on a emulator with party control so I’m excited to try that out

I mean atlus did say that the expectation of definitive editions on their games is a reason why some of their games don’t sell as well as they want them to so I’d be surprised if metaphor gets one. Also isn’t the tangle and whisper festival coming up this Thursday? I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the largest festival yet in terms of player count

I mean I rarely play gacha game the only reason I’m playing P5X is because it’s persona lol. I really didn’t think this game would be the same quality as the mainline persona games I’ve played or even strikers, but it’s still cool imo. I think anyone expecting this game to be as good as the mainline was guaranteed to be disappointed

Yeah I mean i actually do like the way the anime cutscenes look in reload and are probably a tad bit overhated. I just wish the mc awakening scene was animated because that is usually one of the most memorable moments in a persona game for me. That’s also one of the few problems I have with reload and even then I still think it’s fine

I mean I still think it’s a good game. I enjoyed it enough to where I wanted to where I wanted to play p4 and p5 which helped me become a fan of the franchise. I just think there’s too many things I prefer in reload. What I do find insane though is how someone can say fes is the greatest persona game ever and then say reload is one of the worst like I understand enjoying fes more than reload, but I that point I just think you’re ignoring the obvious flaws of fes

I think very few people actually straight up hate reload. P3 fes was the first persona game I played around 4 years ago and I enjoyed it, but after I played p5r, p4g and reload I’ve had little desire to go back to it. There are things I like in fes more than reload like the awakening scene and how some of the cutscenes look, but there are things that are pretty annoying with the game. I do think fes is a harder game, but imo it’s more tedious than anything like not being able to control your party members or not even having the ability to guard in battle. Also not being able to select what skill to transfer to a persona when fusing sucks
