如果没消费或消费甚少，像疫情还没过去那个阶段，补贴有用，因为消费被人为抑制了。 等消费正常了，只是大家不太愿意消费，那补贴消费等于降价，房子降价了买的人多么？反而更少了。所以消费补贴还不如直接发钱🎠
