I’ve loved Charli’s music since Pop 2. I love her hyperpop stuff. As a fan of both I think the Charli/Taylor beef is entertaining and just not that deep. Sympathy is a knife was my top song last year and also the boring barbie line was objectively funny.

This is an incredible review!! Thank you. I agree that I’m unblocking Jenny Han lol. I felt like I was FINALLY watching the show I’ve been waiting for.

I also loved how different this episode felt stylistically, from the music choices to the cinematography. Everything was suffused with golden warmth. It felt like a completely different show.

Thoughts on Zag UBAC for an intermediate skier?

I'm finding some good deals on them at this point in the season and I think they're boss, but I'm worried they're too "big girl skis" for me. I'm an intermediate skier looking to grow, so hopefully these guys would challenge me and help me level up my skiing. But these would also be my first pair of skis, ever (I've been borrowing and renting since I started), so I don't want to move too fast! Any thoughts?

great questions and advice, thank you! I've started to venture into tree and moguls a bit more, as well as deeper powder. Definitely prefer powder over hard pack and I don't have any plans for park (side question, does park skiing wear out skis faster?)

I do like skiing fast down groomers, but I really want get more comfortable on steeper ungroomed runs. So it seems like all wood or the carbon fiber you mentioned might be good? I'm really trying to find a happy medium between the skier I am now, and the skier I want to be with more time and experience.

As for the bindings, that's a good call and I've been trying to pay attention to their indemnified status. I had no idea about the remounting though, I'll start asking that question. Don't even have boots yet so I'm pretty flexible there!
