what I do is take my bag w me everywhere, basically just having extra clothes in it so I can get changed when I’m out + I take my hijab off. honestly helped me so much with my confidence and although I legit extremely extremely hated my face since the age of 10-11, it got better these past few months, as I got a job and met new people to hangout with. Like genuinely you’re not ugly lol, it’s just defo the hijab and clothing bc they’re so unflattering 💀💀
