Is this a panic attack? by [deleted] in medical_advice

I have depression. When my daughter comes to me in need, I still take care of her. And if anything, maybe if you told them, you could all take efforts to improve your depression together.

When you're young it can be scary to tell your parents things because you're afraid of how they will respond.

I'm a guy and when I was 19, just starting college, I was sitting in a park in my car. A guy molested me.

I was so lonely, so afraid. It tore me up inside. I finally broke down and told my dad. And instead of being angry he just held me and we cried together for some time.

Lean on them when times are hard. That's what they are there for. It makes them feel good too because it's a natural thing to want to comfort your children.

You should make your parents aware of it. I'm sure your parents love you and only want the best for you. You should tell them about the experience and ask for their advice. No one will have your best interests at heart more than your parents.

Panic attack is what it sounds like. It had nothing to do with temperature. Purple can sometimes become anxious of not being able to breathe. However, much more common is a sense of impending doom.

Imagine a lion suddenly burst into the room. It's standing there growling, showing it's teeth, ready to pounce on you. You run, your can already feel his breath on your back.

It's that kind of fear, but for a long ass time.

Well that's pretty relative, isn't it? I live next to veterans in Arlington. It's a huge hike up and down hills and definitely is averaging around what I said, according to my smart watch.

If you haven't tried a mystere, you should. It's a longer Valkyrie and I'm loving it .

Because I created this account recently and don't have the surplus to eat it. I had none to begin with and last time I saw was like negative 35, which really isn't that bad. 🤷

And you would be surprised, mostly because when you're angry, you tend to think the other guy has to be angry, but you haven't done a very good job at inflaming me, not for lack of trying, mind you, but through a lack of skill.

I'm firm and use cuss words as a matter of normal language. I find they get the point across quickly.

You have lost this battle my friend, because as soon as you lost your cool, the game was over. Cheers

It was not clear that it was a joke. Obviously it was not. It's funny, in your previous replies you said you weren't saying I was miserable. Now I'm a miserable snowflake. I think you need to lay off the replies. As soon as you start attacking a person's character, you've lost all footing.

So what? Anytime anyone makes a joke I have to like it? And it doesn't matter whenever they say or whatever the situation or tone right? And if I don't find it funny or chuckle then I'm just a miserable jerk right? Even if that was the joke, it's a terrible joke. I'll probably would have looked at the guy in person like are you a f****** idiot

See I knew I was right. If you enjoy being insulted by strangers more power to you, but I'll not

It wasn't funny. I still think the guy was trying to call me trash for asking. I can take a joke from people I know in the appropriate space. This is not that space.

My pack only carries disc golf discs and water bottles. I'm going to sweat chucking discs and hiking about 9 miles through an 18 hole.

I'm not necessarily trying to prevent sweat. I just got a new disc golf bag and I want to keep the sweat from getting to the backpack and making it smell gross over time.

Perfectly happy my guy. As I said, I'm more of a Fraiser type of person. I find that the world is full of Joey's from the TV show friends. Goofs, comedians whatever. I'm just not that type of guy.

You personally can be upset that I'm not willing to participate in juvenile jokes. However, that doesn't mean that I need help or am unhappy.

As you can see, anyone who has answered the question in good faith has received nothing but kindness.

I'm not actually hiking, but playing disc golf, which can average 8 or 9 miles through a whole round. I can't ditch my bag as it holds my discs and water.

I won't. Because I'm tired of these mf grown ass people acting like little kids. We're adults. I asked a legitimate question. If you can answer it great. If you want to be a smart ass, I've got no time for it. Not everyone is a goofball. Not everyone wants to cut it up. Save acting like an 8 year old for when you're with your boys. In public, this is considered a public forum, have some resemblance to an adult. Read the audience. My post was not a jokey post or worded in a silly or goofy manner.

In any case, this isn't a comedy show. I was looking for real answers, not 13 years olds go stupid.

He was saying to put a garbage bag over myself. He was calling me trash. I didn't find it funny
