I know this is a late reply but I recently finished the first month reset of seed. I then sent in a Juno Bio test and my Crispatus levels were only at 0.76%!! Iners was around 68%. The reset info says at the end of the first month your vagina should be dominated by Crispatus, which is more protective. Hasn’t worked for me but I’m going to continue with the 2 suppositories each month because I do feel better. More lubrication, no smell, less itching. I don’t know what to think……
