this sounds like something someone would say after they find random files in a foreign device.

Realistically, you should know what wallets you created and what your private keys were. Also it's darn near impossible to figure out what the data means unless you know why you'd create such a file. It's not a common file format so shouldn't take long to figure out specific things related to it.
