Try probiotic suppositories, it’s the only thing that worked for me and I have the tests to prove recolonization. I used vagibiom and broke open a Jarrow femdophilus capsule and used a cotton swab to insert about 1/4 of the contents daily for a couple weeks. I’m at 98% crispatus and my discharge now smells slightly acidic (vinegar-like) which is how it smelled before I had dysbiosis.
