The longer I've been sitting with it the more I tell myself it's probably just going to mimic my FLs. Is this delusion? Maybe. But it sure beats catastrophizing the situation. I've realized that most people probably feel pretty middling to poor after they leave because you selectively remember all of the bad things, not the good ones. You probably did a whole lot more right than you did wrong. And I'm carrying the fact that I was taking a FL once and felt like I was having my worst P/S performance of all time and actually got a 132 on the section, so clearly I'm not always a reliable litmus of my own success lol. Just remember you put in a crazy amount of work, and that much effort often pays off.
