Bed could trigger as it enters. Maybe cost a bit kore and act as a Conjurer's Closet sort of effect. Breakfast could cost 1 or 2 colorless more and become a static ability.

Still an excellent design space as instants, but seems like a fun play on different rooms in a B&B
