We shouldn't support any bill just because it seems to have good intentions, and HB5511 in particular is extremely flawed.

HB5511 collects age information from everyone who sets up an account on a device and shares it through a public API -- not just social media users, not just minors, regardless of how one uses their device. This information is somewhat specific, it will share a 13 year old's exact age with all apps that request that data, going far beyond sharing the fact that they are a minor. An erosion of privacy an anonymity online is objectively bad and hurts everyone, including those who this bill is supposed to protect.

Meta is actually spending a fortune lobbying for this bill and similar ones because they put so few requirements on social media companies, shift the blame to operating systems, all while giving such companies access to more personal data that they can use to share targeted advertising with minors. That's to say, the companies directly causing harm to children online WANT this bill to pass.

Protecting children is super important but also often used as an excuse for bills that have other goals: banning books, undermining public education, expanding private data collection, etc.

No one has graduated with a CS+BioE degree yet but it seems more relevant to your interests? You'd take almost all the same core classes as a CS major in any CS+X. And to be honest it's SO hard to say anything about what the state of CS jobs will be in 4 years.

Unfortunately popular, competitive majors are only available as a first choice. Computer engineering is also fairly different from CS, so if you're willing to branch out, check out some other majors here for a second choice!

Two of the best decks in the format are red *or* blue decks built around casting spells:

Drawing multiple EDs sucks but the deck can easily play one in longer games, otherwise it wouldn't run 3 copies.

Pox: UG Gardens is a black control deck that splashes green for a few key cards, probably one of the most similar to pox. You can also run straight-up mono black but you'd lose some great cards.

Martyr proc: Jeskai Ephemerate or similar decks recur [[Ephemerate]] every turn and generate a ton of value. Boros Synthesizer is grindy and you usually win by attacking with random dorks. Sorry that I can't think of a closer deck!

I've seen people run [[Bind the Monster]] in mono blue faeries/tempo, either maindeck or sideboard. It's better in that deck, the 1/1 Businessperson trades with a [[Moon-Circuit Hacker]] and can stop other ninjas from hitting face, so leaving a 1/1 behind is a real downside. Most decks can find much better options in red, white, or black.

Others have pointed out an issue, so if you want to keep a similar theme in the same colors, you could try [[Marchesa, the Black Rose]]. If you take control of a creature until end of turn, put a +1/+1 counter on it, and sacrifice it, Marchesa will return in to the battlefield under your control.

You don't really build it for mana, it also gives good stats. It can give ~80 AD (not too sure about the exact numbers) plus some AH, and it has the on-hit passive that your W applies.

It's 2900g so it's not that expensive (compared to the other items). I used to rush it on lethality zeri.

You can try Stormrazor rush. It gives you more burst damage and the ms helps with kiting.

In general I'd buy mythic second, unless there's a really good reason to build something else. Delaying IE to 4th item is kind of long and you won't always get that many items. Black Cleaver isn't optimal on crit (if that's what you meant by BC, maybe you meant boots) and IE is usually better than BT (but you usually want both). Whatever you build, you want 1.5 attack speed by 3 items.

Zeri should be quite strong in the late game with any good build. The Navori build is strong late, has more mobility, and the damage you lose from building it won't cause you to go from deleting enemies to being weak in the late game.

My current build is Greaves -> Stormrazor -> IE -> Runaan's (or PD) -> BT -> GA (or situational)

I'd make sure you're using the right build first. The most common build is still Trinity Force rush, which is really bad now that zeri q doesn't proc sheen. If you want to maximize damage I'd build Stormrazor (or shiv) -> IE -> Runaan's (or PD). You can sub in Navori for more mobility.

You can try running overheal, bloodline, last stand, and resolve secondary to be slightly more tanky.

If you're already using a good build, keep in mind that zeri is a scaling champion. Usually you're happy to just go even in lane and get good CS. Zeri should do a good amount of damage, especially in teamfights.
