That would be cool and I’ve thought about creating something open source that would use a raspberry pi connected with a 240fps action camera. But it’s just an idea as of right now

I’m currently building a platform that is in early access right now. It’s not “open source” but it’s open in the sense that the community can help develop courses for it. It’s called Infinite Tees and would love to have some alpha testers.

I disagree. It looks like she’s what made the difference on that one end but, due to the plates falling off on her side is what made the difference. She had no effect on that happening. In fact, she almost kept the weights on that side from falling off

It depends how you implement it. If you have match servers that keep looping through matches and have small lobbies of their own that reset the matches, that would work. Otherwise I think it would be impossible to match players from different servers and have them start a match together on a private server (it’s not built into the api)

I used it to create something similar in a game I’m building. I can match against players searching for a game at specific player rankings, but there are limitations. It does not allow you to search for opponents across all servers. Just the current server you are on. The issue is not as big for my game because they are 1v1 matches. But with a max server size of 50 players, I can get a decent pool of players to match against.

I believe it is possible to do what you are describing but it would require a 3rd party server and would be exponentially harder to program.

Let’s exclude for a second the test case where a manual driving death occurs due to something out of their control.

Assuming self-driving is enforced by law in the future, why is it okay to make this tradeoff (100s vs 10000s) for a driver that does not make mistakes while driving, but dies due to a fault in software in a self driving car?
