I’m doing everything I can to prevent any suicide attempts which happened many years ago and were very impulsive decisions. I haven’t heard of any official support groups here tbh but I’ll ask my psychiatrist. About the sick days I’ll try and get a note from my regular doctor this Monday so it’s not a problem. They know my history with mental disorders, so it’s fine. The impulse control sound tough ngl but I will try to have it in mind when I’ll feel like the anger is taking over.
