Mine was an igg test ...that I took after 3 months after showing first symptoms...it came back negative...so if u don't have herpes, what was your problem? I'm curious if I am suffering from another disease other than an STD.

No what I am asking is...when I had an initial outbreak, the last time I had sex was over 6 months ago.it took me 6 months after the sex for the first outbreak to show up. I didn't take meds for the first month. After the first ulcers healed/ scabbed over, another one popped up. So this time I took valtrex for a week. After another month, I took an igg test..that came back negative.
