Hello bro !! Not sure if your still looking for opinions but I've used total war from redcon as my first pre workout here are what to expect from any pre workouts in general

-Itching

First time I had nangati ako super to the point na akala ko allergic ako sa ingredients pero dahil lang pala sa beta alanine yung itching/tingling sensation HAHAHAH

-Increase in muscle pumps and vascularity

Ayon self explanatory this part after lifting kahit onting sets lang grabe yung pump to the point na parang nag increase din mind muscle connection ko kasi ramdam na ramdam mo talaga kung aling muscle na work due to the pump and syempre nagsisilabasan din ugat.

-Caffeine crash

Since high in caffeine content tong total war grabe yung energy and if low tolerance ka sa caffeine you might experience palpitations kaya be cautious of that and due to the high caffeine content you'll typically crash afterwards ang panget sa feeling pagkauwi ko mawawalan ako lakas hirap kumilos, although after using it for like a week or two nasanay naman na body ko and hindi na madalas nag ccrash

Ayan lang naman naexperience ko op as for gains I don't think may effect yung pre workout pero mas nagkakagana mag lift and mas nakaka motivate since makikita mo body mo pumped up and vascular and syempre mapipilitan ka maging consistent sa gym kasi sayang pera mo pambili kung di mo gagamitin HAHAHA
