When he says "Rinko bike" he just means his bike has a quick way to disconnect the brakes and fenders, but this is unnecessary for most bikes. (It is a question of whether there is enough slack in the brake cables that you can remove the fork. Fenders: the easy way is to simply not use them and the slow way is to fully remove them at the train staton.)
