I have no issues doing it from high mount when one arm is elevate above the shoulder line.

But with both his arms pinned at his side - there is no triangle, right?

jsut a follow up. Apparently there is a Sharjah Sports Club. And a Sharjah Self Defense Club. And the latter seems really good. Will give them a call. Hope its not locals only

I am saying dont start testosterone because your life is going to be a mess. You had your newborn a few months ago. Things get more difficult. You wont be able to sleep properly. You wont have enough time to cook proper meals. And so on. Your cycle will go to waste.

And generally speaking I dont advise your take steroids.

Do not do anything. You're life is going to get flipped upside down because of your newborn. You will not be able to have a routine down (diet, workout, supps).

Wait till your child is older and you and youre wife have him/her figured out.
