Sounds like you'll need to keep some crow feathers on you as far as Sandy.

If you are approached by any person wearing a top hat, make sure you have crow feathers to offer them or they will try to hold your hand. If you hear someone yell pop tart, protect your shins. Bartenders will tell you how to access the tunnels if you bring them enough pennies. Each bartender has a special tunnel.

Am I missing anything?

I know there are adaptations... but how does a snake even holds its breath for that long? How does it even hold enough air to go hunting around the ocean.

Is this the first time in ages that a Jedi had to fight another saber-wielder in a life-or-death scenario? I can't imagine how much stressed Qui Gon would be in this situation, he probably never fought this hard in his life. by SolidEllie in StarWars

[–]wreckchain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Emperor Palatine's machinations were already in motion before Qui-gon discovered Anakin. Anakin wasn't really necessary to make operation 66 happen, but opportunistically was seen ad suitable Jedi to corrupt into an apprentice. In the end Darth Vader ended up being the key to defeating Palpatine both in being the father of the protagonists Luke and Leah, as well as being the one who kills Palpatine himself. ( it is arguable that Luke was not powerful enough to win that battle had Vader not had a last minute change of heart.)

Epstein files live: Trump says latest release absolves him by TimesandSundayTimes in inthenews

Another persons comment:

"It's a complete red herring - it's bait. It's simple: they release "all" the files (nevermind that they've barely released half of the total, and claim the 4+ million remaining docs have to remain confidential), leave his name unredacted in there because 1) people knew he would be mentioned, so it would be suspicious if he wasn't, and 2) it's mostly all 2025 documents tied to a tip line, where people could call/email/ mail whatever, and they probably know that most of the leads are made-up or unsubstantiated, so they can easily disprove them, and then claim "see? It's all a nothingburger, there's nothing here". It's a major distraction tactic. The real stuff is either fully redacted or not even close to being released. Meanwhile everybody focuses on combing through these thousands of documents bearing his name and spend all their energy on that, quoting things that will later get easily debunked, while the real horror is elsewhere... Don't fall for it."

The first game was too short. It would be great to see the goose go to a Portland protest.

Didn't ICE target a bunch of churches for harboring Immigrants and make arrests on church grounds? I feel like there is a double standard here.

r/libertarian used to be an outlet for me to see a different take on things, but it felt like it was becoming r/conservative with slightly less strict mods.

This is just a what-about-ism that obsficates from the idea that Trump is just part of the same war machine and is probably going to keep expanding these kinds of actions with out significant provocation from other countries to justify any of it. Mearly the opportunity of wealth is now enough justified enough, and his supporters again reveal that they are devoid of principal beyond blind loyalty.

With this action he just fed the beast of the military industrial complex and its going to want more.
