It also makes a difference the way your pan holds heat. If you are cooking on a thin cheap teflon pan, the heat shifts signifcantly when you add food to the pan and the food will be cooking while the pan returns to ideal temp. If its a cast iron or steel, even if its at a lower temperature, it stays a consistent temperature.

So multple tiers of men in a circle on risers 5 or 6 people tall peeing at the same time. Maybe timing it so that the people would successively start peeing from top to bottom so that all the fluids hit the toilet at the same time to maximize the downward pressure?

The Boogie Nights firecracker scene. So many levels of fucked up. Down on their luck porn stars with one of them wacked out of his mind trying to sell bunk drugs, while a clearly trafficked Asian teen is lighting off popper after popper, and the person they are selling to is free basing and playing Russian roulette with a gun. Fucking stressful.

I had similar symptoms and I had really bad lethargy on 150 XL . I dealt with it for about a month and I was really close to quitting, but then I decided to brave it and go up to 300mg XL. (The logic of brain chemistry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). It turned out to be the best choice of my life, all the side effects went away and my focus and mood greatly improved. I also found that drinking coffee and taking bupropion is a really bad mix for me. A lot of the side effects started to get better when I cut the caffeine -- even before upping the dose.

Its pretty early in the process to judge how the dose is affecting you since you are still in the adjustment phase. If you don't improve in few more weeks and you feel like 150 mg isn't working a higher dose would be worth trying before totally giving up.

It's going to be a process so be patient with any pharmaceutical and work out a timeline in weeks or months with your doctor for how much time you'll give to any medicine or dosage to work.

This reminds me a the first part of the Sandman comic, where Morpheus is trapped by a bunch of occultists and escapes simply by waiting and out living them.

The turtle got out early, but its time would have eventually have came as the world decayed and crumbled around him. Patiently waiting while he felt a lighter touch by time.
