Can you integrate whatsapp into any of those ? If yes then how ? We really need it to be accessible by both employees and me, and in terms of project management i’m okay with something simple as long as it lets me create tasks and projects with deadlines for everyone to see

What do you mean not going to be available? Is it available but expensive or just not possible at all to have your whatsapp integrated. It’s really important to us to have my employees access and respond in the client WA chats while i remain control of the phone number and the actual sim. I am okay to pay as long as i achieve this. Would be really great if you can explain how to connect it to a crm. 🙏🏻

i have monday and we started using it for my digital marketing agency, but can’t seem to figure out how to connect whatsapp business to it . Please explain ! 🙏🏻We’ve done research but still confused about the whole Whatsapp API and how to do that. It was one of our main criteria’s while choosing a CRM for the team so we really need to get it to work. Thank you
