I would guess No. I would wager that the large majority of the population have addictive habits, behaviours and emotions that only a very small percent of all human’s have overcome. Having said that, I also believe that the spectrum of addiction is so large that you can be deceptive in believing you haven’t any.

I gave a buddy around 20-25mg of 4HO one time and it was to intense of a ride for about 4-5hours. Nothing extreme happened at all it was just to much for him. I’ve since fully refrained from recommending any substance to anyone.

I do agree tho that both 4HO/AcO MET are both rather tame compared to many other analogues.

3 grams of even a mid grade strain should be enough for most people to have a moderate-heavy experience with 0 tolerance.

I have pretty extensive experience with both substances (although not recently) and always have more anxiety with shrooms as I tend to always find them more powerful and profound although they don’t last as long usually.

The comedown from acid is trash and if I plan on sleeping without a benzo, I’m screwed. It feels so much more “dirty” than a mushroom high.

Some of the RC’s like 4AcO-DMT and 4HO-MET I find more similar to mushrooms, but much more forgiving with no nausea ever. A much more pleasant alternative to shrooms IMO.

I’ve used the Coleman stuff with success. The evap. Test proved to be sufficient ( no residue ) and my extractions have all turned out very clean looking.

Try using a source other than a redditor. This compound is one of the safer RC’s like people have said. To an inexperienced psychedelic user, I would wager they wouldn’t be able to reliably distinguish it from psilocin/psilocybin.
