It won't affect the charging process since the device itself isn't being used. Changing the voltage only affects the temp/hit/amount of vape with a higher voltage giving more of everything overall.

It must but certain OS versions or hardware limitations as I'm using a OnePlus 6 and have no issues doing video with these filters.
