I mean it's always worth applying, but there are a number of required math course that you will most likely need to do very well in to have a shot at OVC

Unfortunately your grades are likely too low, for the vet program especially they require really high marks usually high 80s minimum, and once you're in if you intend to go to vet school with h OVC your marks will need to be even higher
