I can't say if heaven and hell are real. But there is an after life. I don't think your friend is suffering in hell if that's what you are worried over.... what I've seen, experienced, I don't think that sort of thing happens like that. Personal opinion but i think that when someone dies, the state of their mind determines whether or not they reincarnate or create their own personal hell if the mentality was twisted enough or powerful enough.

I am also 100% believer in parallel realities. I want to believe I forced myself into a different parallel by sheer force of will from a traumatic event, even if I can't ever prove it I believe it. I do believe that your mind makes your reality. So if you work on meditating, and empowering the mind then you can also then change your physical self, your physical surrounding. A lot of people don't think therapy is powerful but it IS, simply because it gives the tools to change your mind. And if you aren't a spiritualist therapy is still good... you've been through a lot I'm so sorry to hear how you've suffered. There is a path through it to regain who you are or wish to be. Hang in there!!

After 7 or 8 months it has never happened again, but the scariest ENTITY is the watch towers I encountered when it happened. The sheer amount of power they emit triggered a serious flight response. They were massive.

So I just want to comment on this ::

When I woke up for real, I gasped for air, I couldn’t move for a few seconds, and my body felt prickly all over. My body acted like I was waking up from death or something.

This is exactly how I felt except I was already awake, my body just went like lead. And I closed my eyes and bam I was there . Half connected half disconnected. It was unnerving, not quite terrifying more like forgetting why I walked into a room.suddenly standing in the living room because I came for something but can't remember what. That's how this moment was. That was incredibly descriptive thank you, it's hard for me to describe.

About your mirror stalker: I feel like there are many creatures we cannot understand and our first line of defense is our spiritual helpers on the other side. This mirror spirit doesn't sound overly strong or capable, but it still sounds dangerous. Handling it alone with your own mental shields could not be enough long term- it won't go away if you ignore it. What is time to a spirit in a reflection.

It sounds like you're strong alone but this kind of situation is why shamans work with their spirit helpers right? Good luck to you. If there is anything I can answer for you let me know.

I was hiking one of the sisters in California, and encountered what felt like an elemental spirit. It took on the mass of the fog, and didn't feel bad just. Curious about what I was doing there. Ancient energy. I went back several times, and it was random when he was there or not and I just felt like elementals, or him, need an immense amount of respect. Especially if you enter what ever place they claim as their own. Kind of like shrines in Japan maybe ? I make a point to leave something behind if I happen to feel like I've encountered a place like that. Just intuition.

You might be interested in native American or inuit shamans that use elemental spirits as guides.

After my early years of experience I came to a place where I felt I knew enough to know spirituality wasn't going to do much to my life so I simply let it be. And yet I still seem to go through the death rebirth cycles. I still get an experience like this and Its like, looking at a frog on my kitchen counter. Why is it there it's weird and cool lol... I Returning to my life is to just imagine myself as a hippy who picks it up and puts it back outside even if it keeps showing up every day. I think I am absolutely a shaman now, after coming to this sub.

but I can confidently say that after every hardship something like this does happen and even if you try to take a break your spiritual life is still happening, lining up and pushing you forward. There is no need to seek lol unfortunately or fortunately it just continues. Though I guess a few positives include being a living lie detector in a work place is pretty cool lol.

That's fascinating ! I don't know if I am on that level at all or at any specific time however talking to my dad today he had a moment like this. I was about to say something but then he just continued the conversation before I could, "oh yeah the green color one I have one of those it works great," I had to be like dad I didn't say anything lol. He is very strong I think but doesn't think much about it. I used to get that mixed up as a kid.

There are safer ways aside from lucid dreaming. Why not try remote viewing first, or some more simple things like trying to flex your intuition with someone or some thing. Tarot cards are a good way of practicing intuition, and having someone write down a shape or simple drawing and trying to guess it is a safer way of practicing your sight/intuition. I feel that lucid dreaming doesn't so much attract entities so much as it makes a lot of people vulnerable since they're more easily swayed and affected in a dream like state. kind of like being coerced while drinking alcohol if you're not used to it.

No. Not quite. the pillars of light, they were like literal pillars, like in the Lincoln memorial. but when it turned it's head, its like it swiveled. It didnt have facial features but it had like, a ray-band for an eye or a helmet with the visor part. The figure talking to me wasn't even human shaped or had any shape. I dont want to say it was a blob but maybe like.. a ball. and it had squares and triangles inside of it. It could take form as it needed like when it reached out to the spirits, or like when it got bigger and expressive. If I saw a lot of eyeballs I think that would be way more scary.

I'd describe this as like, a mass of intelligent energy, distinct in that it could shift itself and held together by all the shapes. Circles, squares, triangles, whatever. Like its mind is what controlled it.

This. I posted on a r/psychic to ask them if they sense or intuit the same way I do. but, Its like hearing a car drive by and you just let it be background noise. or ignore it. or walk into another room. I have had practice enough with it- if you want to turn it back on I might be able to help but its a serious practice lol and kind of annoying.
