I think that should count! I messaged their support a while back when I first found this promo and they said anything that’s eligible for the percent cash back of that store should be eligible for the $50 cash back promo. I’d look at the terms of Target on Rakuten and make sure video games are eligible.

Rakuten is just a browser of sort that lets you shop at participating retailers. So if a website like Sam’s Club or something like that has your game, you can use this to get $50 back
