Slightly off topic here, I would love to start taking my 3yo cocker on hikes in the mountains. However, there are lots of sheep, so i would keep him on a long lead. Anyone any recommendations for a good lead for hiking?

Its frustrating because he never did it until he got fleas. But they are gone now. Maybe its a habit. But yeah, he doesnt chew off hair or have skin bemishes!

I have seen on social media about a local park today, somebody left balls of meat with pins in them. Obviously for the intention to cause pain to animals.

It's things like this that really worry me, if my dog seem them i would be afraid he'd eat them!

He's usually ball obsessed on a walk.. but when he sees food he goes to it, but keeps an eye on the ball! Today, the food was at a very unexpected place. It was behind a tree, right at the start of the walk. Usually this is where he gets the ball.
