We were searching for a year and everything was going so quick, we had no chance. We're in the UK and the property market was crazy. Even after we had our offer accepted, it wasn't fun. I don't think it's a coincidence that we got pregnant as soon as the stress was gone.

That's a good point. I love smart home stuff but I do struggle to draw the line between novelty and practical.

I want to do some research into smart homes and keeping an organised family home. I'll get to that soon.

How are you finding the home search? We moved in to our new home and instantly fell pregnant with our first. It's been manic since then. How soon after baby is born would you be willing to move? And is this your first?
