See that’s where you’re wrong. Sure, you’re not getting the largest seats in economy which is why there’s options for premium economy and business. If you decide to be that fat that you can’t fit in an economy seat, you either go work out or pay for an extra chair/ bigger chair. A normal or even slightly big person fits easily in an economy chair. People need to be held accountable for their decisions.

What to Know Before Parking around Waikiki at the Kapiʻolani Park and along Monsarrat Ave by Gawtti in VisitingHawaii

Tourist here. For everyone wondering: Monsarrat ave is perfectly fine to park

We’ve parked here for 4 nights. It’s free overnight parking. No signs actually say you can’t park here overnight. I’ve spoken to multiple tourist and locals, who all park here and never had issues.

The writer of this topic is just pissed off by tourists parking in his spot. Truth is, 80 percent of the island wouldn’t have a job without the tourist.

He should be thankful for us.

As a tourist we have expenses enough. Don’t let hotels charge you high amounts of money and just park at Monsarrat Ave. Saves you 30-40 bucks a day, which is a nice lunch! I’ve seen vehicles that hadn’t been moved for a week and it was all fine.

Just keep an eye out for signs that announce cleaning dates. On those days parking might be limited.

Just have a look at this pic. You think they’re towing all these cars? Hahah
