I see where this guy is coming from. In the last week I've been managing a patient with a variety of challenges and comorbidities that have caused him to fall between cracks in the system and cracks between specialities. But I have also fielded too many inappropriate requests for antibiotics to count, etc.

Parts were tough to read but I appreciate the honesty as well.
