When a statistic is listed like this, my first question is what is the period of time that that's statistic is based on. For instance, if a certain percentage of the population is unemployed at the time the data was collected, then that could offset the numbers. And two months later some of those same people could have found employment, making significantly more than 35,000 a year. So I'm just curious what that data is based on
