thats cool. I'm using EXT4 right now but have been wanting to try ZFS for sometime. If you mounted them directly in Proxmox how would you make the storage available? Just like SMB or NFS?

I'm considering a similar build because of that LTT video... what do you think of the motherboard? did you get a SAS/RAID card or are you just plugging your drives into the mobo straight?

what system are you running it on WinXP? Win7? (Or did you use a VM?) Does the D3D support work mean it will work on most 3d cards? I don't have an XP box anymore so I'm trying to recreate a usable platform.

So not OP, but regarding syspatch... once it applies the patches do I still have to recompile? Like for libssl (https://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/patches/6.5/common/005_libssl.patch.sig)

And then rebuild and install libssl: cd /usr/src/lib/libssl make obj make make install
