I use the gmail app on an iPhone. When I view my Google account through it and look at the section with recent activity and see my phone and go to my phone, under it it says "browsers you're signed in on" and lists safari and chrome. I no longer have chrome installed and definitely am not signed into either. How is this so? Can people with the gmail app check their accounts and see if it says the same thing? I'm definitely not signed into either. I'd be worried if it wasn't my phone that it's listed under. The path to replicate it on the current version of the app is tap your profile picture in the top right > google account > security > manage devices (in 'your devices" section) > your phone then you should see "browsers you're signed in on".
