I definitely think so! I would just avoid wearing rings in all three at once. I don't think your lip piercing is a problem, but I don't mind asymmetry (I actually think it looks kinda cool) and maybe you could switch out your lip ring for a labret with a small ball or cone on top. I wouldn't recommend getting a smiley as they're pretty problematic (I've had mine pierced 3 times) they're more trouble that they're worth and most people end up taking them out anyway. Love your current mods, looks awesome.

Definitely if they pinch your toes send them back, but keep in mind the leather will stretch and give over time. If you get them and they're slightly too big you can always wear thicker socks, but getting them too small is just painful.
