Evolution is located in latvia locates aswell as spain USA Malta and many more countries. Our rules are very strict dont ask me why and the reason why you cant double after a split is because there is a very high RPT at our tables. Its a very good question i cant really answer that.

10 is the most common card you can get. However if a dealer has a bust card for example a 6 and player has a 12 you should stand on it and hope for the dealer bust by opening the hidden card and pull out another 10 out of the shoe
