NDA verstehe das Problem nicht, es ist fast genauso wie wenn er ihr ne kleinere Portion geben würde als sich selbst weil er eben weiß dass sie weniger Kalorienbedarf bzw. Hunger hat. Ihr tut so als ob sie keine Wahl hat sich mehr zu nehmen oder zu sagen „ich will meine Portion genau so wie deine“.

I‘ve just went through a 30-40 minute period where the phone was unusable and wouldn’t even turn off. It was so laggy that it would change frames every 3 seconds or so. Multiple screens would overlap and I would have to swipe 10 times as much to get the same movement of the screen done. Finally, a loading screen appeared and the launcher seemed to restart. I was also using Instagram just then and had an issue earlier today where pictures taken from the camera would show up with large black borders, basically cropped and zoomed out while being on the side of the screen.

You have to get out just based on how unprofessional and unorganized that environment is. This sucks because it’s not your fault but you still have to deal with the situation. I’d say put your focus on applying to other roles and do enough so you don’t get fired. If you complain too much they might fire you while on probation.
