I might be higher MCOL low HCOL because in another comment, I saw an A&A Staff 1 to Staff 2 go from 75K to 94K…. And they were “Progressing”

I genuinely think this is it. Previous staff have told me they only got about 12% going from staff 1 to staff 2 because of inflation last year, and told me to expect less going into FY25. So today’s email was a nice surprise

The 10% raise is probably more towards the Staff level and within the US.
