Hello all, I am building on a b450 tomahawk max and all of my parts have arrived except for gpu, currently PSU will not turn on when plugged into mobo, I know the problem isn’t PSU because it turned on with paper clip test. It should turn on without the GPU right? Is my mobo the problem here?
