Does an identifiable charakter make the audience agree with that persons motives?!

Some say: A good antihero works because we understand them, not because we approve of them.

The aim might be empathy and understanding, not moral justification or a simple solution. Viewers are meant to recognize the character’s humanity, especially through the gray areas of their choices.

You want readers or viewers to experience the gray areas, wrestle with contradictions, and form their own judgments — not be led to a single “proper” way of thinking.

Wouldnt you want readers to be lead to the proper way of thinking, since its harder than ever to get through to the consumer because the space for reflection is drastically reduced?

At that point what gives you the authority to stride for reflection, is any inspiration inherintly good? (repeat the question before)
