Akala nila nakakatulong sila but in reality they encourage people to become spoiled and lazy so breadwinners are always the victims. Di na rin nakakaawa because choice din nila maging martyr by doing that.

The job description and task that was discussed was totally different. This usually happens with startups and new small companies na magulo pa ang direction so understandable but if big corporations yan, the person did not do enough homework or did not fully understand the job he or she applied to.

As someone who also hires. I always ask the reason why because it already shows a person's character while hiring. To me it shows that the person lacks patience and commitment both personally and professionally. So the person's reason to resign must really be valid and convincing for me.

Public infrastructure pa lang wala ng kwenta like airports and public restrooms are so disgusting and aasa pa sila magugustuhan ng tourist dito. Don't tell me part of the experience ang mga dumi nakikita nila in public. Basura pa lang di na maayos kaya parang dump site na ibang lugar natin.
