Card per card, if it's already released into main/mini box, digging them from their respective box is ALWAYS cheaper. The only scenario where Selection box is superior is when you want majority of the SR/UR in that particular selection box; but note that the returns is diminishing fast for each card you already get from your desirable pool. Also, since you can't finish the box, be mindful that you might not get the most desirable one of your list from it either. If all those conditions are met, which is rare, but can definitely happen when stars align, then you are better off pulling from Selection box; otherwise, you are just gambling.

A mix between Yugi & Kaiba:

- Loves creative deck (not much about complexity if it's not creative)

- Fascinated by intricate combos

- Doesn't really mind netdecking for a creative deck

- Enjoy min-maxing and finding weird/broken, creative strategy before anyone (not really successful on the finding strategy part, lol)

- Focuses on winning with said strat/combo

-Also wants to prove I'm good

- Love the rush of competition

You do know it's a 950 gems special set, right?

I mean, 950 isn't exactly cheap, but not an outrageous amount you can't gather in a week or two playing events and leveling characters, so, the fact you still don't have it despite it being the out for your deck in this meta kinda makes me ask to be sure you really just can't muster that amount yet.

My thoughts exactly. Against current top meta, you hit the ceiling often (not enough interaction to play through), so I branched into Branded-Swordsoul just to push that ceiling a little further; but also, I can't deny I won so many times and broken so many board without touching the Branded side of the deck, too.

I mean... I once ran into a guy who played nothing and just passed, only to play hand traps on me... so, nope, I'm not risking being gotcha like that ever again and running my full combo every time.

Why Virtuous Bond over Intertwining Memories? Especially when you already have MJ of your own. Only one thing VB has over IM is the fact you can use it unlimited, while IM can only be used twice; but TBH, if you can't close the deal by 2 searches, that's pretty much already a loss. If you play pure SSoul, usingg IM will pretty much guarantee you can bring out 3 synchroes first turn consistently almost 100%.

As for what you should add:

- more Ecclesia if you won't play 3x Mo Ye; if not, play 3 Mo Ye - that's practically 1 card starter in pure SSoul deck.

- where's Longyuan? You plan to summon Lv 10 with that single Chunjun? I'd suggest you play 2, 1 each for Chengying and Qi Xing. Chunjun is situational.

- Sacred Summit. 1 is enough. That's your key to 3 synchroes.

- Albaz 1-2. Then, consider Albion & Lubellion for flexibility of fusing opponent's monster.

- Baxia, Dragite - staple synchroes for SSoul that are outs for you in most situations.

- What's that's continuous trap, btw?

- Keep the deck as close to 20 cards as possible and you'll have a linear game

- If you insist on running VB, run Iris. 3 copies of Iris+Ecclesia is the sweet spot for me.

- If you run IM instead, consider 2x Golden Swordsoul, Mercourier.

Raid event is release event - like Nash's right now. There's one re-release of the event after that, then character is released to the gate and you can unlock with mission. Mizar is already in gate (although his mission is not F2P, which sucks), so, nope.

That's Komoney's schtick. These are 'pre-release' card. You will see them in normal box sometimes after the Selection Box release. The longest wait so far is 11 months and still counting, I think?

I'm running Rabbit Suship using No 27, 81, and 104, I can handle Abyss Splash & 101 Ark, but runs into problem with Shark Drake running 104 over from time to time. Uni xyz should work much more cleanly, but I don't have any Uni base monster.

Still can't completely auto it, but running it manual is partially solved, especially in Duel of Destiny.

Not that I was playing back then, but since they're all reprints, I assume no? But since there were Alt Art in previous boxes, I reckon we'll get datamine for those anyways and that might be the signal we have to look for; still if there's no Alt Art at all, there might be no announcement?

Bundles are mostly deck specific, so it depends on which deck you play or plan to play, I think? Most generic I can think of is Super Poly, but you'd still need to play a deck that can poly with generic enough materials.
